How to install Simple voice chat to your client:


  1. You first have to install the latest version of forge for 1.19 or the latest version of fabric for 1.19:

*SN: for fabric you might also need the fabric API which you can find here: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/fabric-api/files



  1. Install the latest 1.19 version of Simple Voice chat:

*SN: press Download and not Install


  1. Once you have installed the latest version of forge or fabric there should be a mods folder where you can put in the file you downloaded for Simple Voice chat, you can find the .minecraft folder by typing in %appdata% in the tab where it shows which folder you are in rn. If the mods folder is not there just create it by adding a folder named mods or launch your game once with the new profile and open your mods folder from within the game (I recommend doing the last one if you are on MacOS or Linux).


  1. Restart your launcher and it should work.


You can basically do this with every mod for fabric or forge, but some mods might not work on vanilla servers.
